Machine &ModuleNEJE Max 4 & E80

Material:10mm mdf

The Idea You Can Get from this Post:

1.Pre-focus

Place the plywood and measure the focal length between the plywood and the E80 module to be 25mm.

2.Upload Your File

Connect the machine and open lightburn, upload the dxf/lbrn2/png file you downloaded to the lightburn application interface.

3.The Settings in Lightburn

Engraving: 15000 mm/min, 80%power,1 passes, Grayscale,318dpi

4.Other instructions

If you want the three-dimensional effect to be more obvious, you can try using the basswood for engraving. Before you do that, you can use the ps to convert it to black and white. Then adjust black and white ratio. Or you can upload the picture on www.imag-r.com, the website will automatically convert it. Then choose the size according to your needs and set the dpi to 423 and press ‘Material’ and select marcin grayscale in GRAYSCALE. Finally adjust its brightness as needed.
