Machine & Module: NEJE 3 MAX & A40640

Material & Tools: 4mm plywood or black acrylic, glue

Tutorial Guide

1.Note

This upgrade supports motherboards 1.1 and above. This upgrade is just to ensure that the E80 module can be used on 3 MAX. Although the E80 module can be used normally, it is not recommended to work for a long time.

2. Connect the machine to cut

Cutting: 400mm/min, 90%power

3.Attach it to the NEJE 3 MAX

Before using glue to stick it, please make sure that the reach position can touch the limit switch when sliding the E80 module manually.

4.Adjustments to machine settings (Lightburn)

After successful homing, please change the x-axis length to792 in the devices(left). Then, click Outputs Setup in the machine settings, find X Max travel (mm) $130, and also change it to 792(right). Then you can start using NEJE 3 MAX & E80 after restarting the Lightburn.(810-18=792)

5.Suggestions

Considering that there may be differences in machine thickness, the size of the reach in the file can be adjusted. But please note that the final x-axis length = original x-axis length – reach length.

  6. Thanks for your publication. I also think that laptop computers have gotten more and more popular these days, and now are often the only sort of computer found in a household. It is because at the same time they are becoming more and more inexpensive, their computing power keeps growing to the point where these are as highly effective as desktop computers coming from just a few years back.
